Customer Account

Account Set-up

When you make a booking with us an account will be created for you. You will receive an email after you make your booking asking you to activate your account. If you do not have a booking with us you can register for an account by providing your name and email address and creating a password. If you make a booking with us after you have registered for an account you will be able to view that booking in your account as long as you use the same email address you registered with when you make your booking. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and secure and for all activities that take place on your account.

Your Bookings

The lead passenger will be able to view details of current and historic bookings, including cancelled bookings, in your account.

Shortlists

You can use the shortlist feature to store up to 10 holidays. These will stay in your shortlist until you remove them. This allows you to view the saved holidays whenever you are logged in to your account. The prices of the holidays may go up or down and you will be shown the most up to date price each time you view the holiday.

B: Our supply of products and services

Normally when you purchase our products and/or services and book travel arrangements on this Website your agreement is with Experience Travel Greece and if not we will make it clear to you that Experience Travel Greece is acting as an agent for another travel provider. If you book a flight only that is operated by Experience Travel Greece Airways then your contract is with them. See our Booking Terms and Conditions for the terms and conditions relevant to the purchase of travel products and holidays from us.

In addition, when you book any products or services from us, you will do so subject to these Website Terms and Conditions, our Booking Terms and Conditions and such further terms and conditions as may be applied by the hotel or cruise ship where you will be staying (together, the “Conditions of Contract”). These Conditions of Contract constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Experience Travel Greece in relation to their subject matter. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the Conditions of Contract and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our Conditions of Contract in full, you must stop using our Website immediately. These Conditions of Contract may vary from time to time. By browsing this Website you accept that you are bound by the Conditions of Contract current at the time when you browse or book.

Please note that Experience Travel Greece may provide accommodation, transport from a wide range of third party accommodation providers and carriers including airlines, ships and railways. The provision of these arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of each provider or carrier as part of your Conditions of Contract with us (either as agent for the provider or carrier or as part of our holiday package as you will see in section 1 of the Booking Terms and Conditions). Other holiday and travel related services such as travel insurance, foreign exchange and travel money cards are supplied by our selected service providers and are available for you to purchase through our own branded websites or directly via the supplier website – the supply of these products and services to you shall be subject to the terms and conditions of each service provider and not us. You can find information on most of these suppliers and their services on our Extras page. We cannot list all of the supplier’s and their terms and conditions here but you will be able to find the terms and conditions or conditions of carriage for these suppliers on their own web sites – you will need to have read them carefully before you book and/or travel. Payment Methods

We strive to make the payment process as convenient and secure as possible for our esteemed clients. Completing your booking is straightforward with a variety of payment options to choose from.

How to Complete Your Booking: Your booking is finalized by selecting your preferred payment method. The payment can be made through the following options:

Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards:
We accept payments via VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DINERS, and DISCOVER cards.
Please note that the card must be charged successfully for the booking to be completed.
Payment to the Driver:
For added convenience, you can pay directly to the driver at the time of your transfer.
Payments can be made using a POS terminal (credit or debit card) or in cash, provided the total amount does not exceed €500.

We prioritize the security and privacy of your transactions. Choose the method that best suits your needs and enjoy a seamless, luxurious transfer experience.

Payment Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

C: Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Experience Travel Greece, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that plans can change, and therefore we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business.

Cancellation Notice:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charges.
Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service price.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not arrive at the scheduled pick-up location without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time.
Refunds are not available for no-shows.

Changes to Reservations:

Changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Any changes made after this period may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Refunds Policy

At Experience Travel Greece, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and memorable experiences. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

Cancellation Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service: No refund.
No-shows: No refund.

Non-Refundable Services:

Processing of Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the cancellation request is received.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
